Real estate & property law

Before you commit to a property deal, understand what you’re agreeing to. I can handle the legal work for a purchase, sale or ownership dispute in Banja Luka.

Know where you stand with the property

Before you buy or sell

Have the ownership records and contract examined before you commit. I explain the legal issues, prepare or revise the agreement and deal with the other parties on your behalf.

Recording a change in ownership

After signing, you may still need to apply to update the ownership records. We agree on the work required, and I prepare and submit the documents for you.

When ownership is disputed

Shared property, inherited land or a boundary disagreement can need more than a conversation. I handle negotiations and represent you in court if proceedings are needed.

If a disagreement over property is heading to court, I can also help with civil litigation and representation.

If the property question follows a divorce or a death in the family, see family and inheritance matters.

Before we talk

Can you handle a property matter while I’m abroad?

Yes. We can discuss your property in Bosnia and Herzegovina in Serbian or English. I’ll explain what I can handle here and when your own involvement is needed.

What if the ownership records are unclear?

Bring the records you have and explain the problem. We can discuss what needs to be established and the legal work involved.

Contact
