Contact enquiries

The form asks for your name, email address and a brief message, with an optional telephone number and practice-area choice. These details allow the office to respond to your enquiry. An initial enquiry does not create an attorney–client relationship or confirm an appointment.

The form prepares a draft in your own email app. The website does not send the message automatically: you review and send the draft yourself. Your email provider and the office’s email provider process the message when you send it.

Keep the first message brief. Do not include identity documents, medical or financial records, children’s details, confidential correspondence or attachments. Ask the office how to provide any documents needed for a consultation.

Website hosting and directions

Vercel hosts this website and may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure it. The office map loads only when you choose to show it. That connects your browser to Google Maps and shares technical data, including your IP address, with Google. The directions link also opens Google Maps. Google’s own terms and privacy practices apply when you use either option.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics starts only if you allow it. It measures page visits and limited actions such as choosing a language or clicking a telephone, email or directions link. Where automatic form delivery is enabled, it can record that a submission was accepted for delivery.

To understand how visitors find us, we include the referring website’s domain and recognised campaign labels from incoming links. We leave out the referring page’s path and query, search terms and other URL parameters.

The website does not include form names, email addresses, phone numbers or message text in its analytics events. Analytics may process device and usage information and store cookies. Your consent preference is saved in this browser. You can refuse analytics or change your choice using the analytics settings control. The contact options work either way.

Questions and choices

You can contact the office by telephone or email without using the form. Ask the office about information held in connection with your enquiry, how long it is retained, and requests concerning access, correction or deletion. The response will depend on the applicable obligations and circumstances.
